1General Terms

Hasi88 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between hasi88 and its users ("you", "member").

2Account Register

A valid account is required to play games and place bets on hasi88. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, hasi88 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on hasi88. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. hasi88 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Hasi88 reserves the right to request a copy of a national ID or passport for any account deemed suspicious, at any time.
• If age verification has not been completed, any deposits may be refunded, but winnings may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Hasi88 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum is determined by your account verification level.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. In some cases, additional time may be required for verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Daily maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account level.
• Withdrawals will be sent using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, hasi88 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 15x to 35x.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, or using any other such strategy, will result in permanent account closure.
• Hasi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

6Betting Rules

Each game on hasi88 has its own applicable rules. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, the odds set before a match begins are the ones that apply — any subsequent odds changes will not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Any winnings resulting from attempts to exploit system or software errors will be voided.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hasi88. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform's games or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.

8Account Closure and Suspension

Hasi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• You may request self-exclusion or account deletion at your own initiative.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned provided no violations have occurred. Bonuses or disputed winnings will not be refunded.
